Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Hood River County, Oregon. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time with occasional weekends.
