Join our team: we are hiring a rigger in Ideato South, Imo State. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams On a typical shift you will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight.
