Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel welder in Sedgwick County, Colorado. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety You will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
