Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
