Brick and block layer — Harris County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Harris County, Texas. You will work at a residential building site. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets The role involves: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
