Immediate opening: building site helper (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring a building site helper in Knox County, Kentucky. You will work on a building construction site. Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Your main tasks: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker Performance bonus on top of base pay.
