Scaffold fitter — Webb County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Webb County, Texas. You will dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $8,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
