Meat trimmer — Carroll County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Carroll County, Maryland. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
