Immediate opening: sausage maker (Enugu State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Aninri, Enugu State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
