Immediate opening: powder coating operator (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Reno County, Kansas. The job is on an industrial coating line. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
