Motor grader operator — Akamkpa

Now hiring: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Akamkpa, Cross River State. Day to day you will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Part-time with flexible hours.
