Vacancy available: powder coating sprayer (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sterling County, Texas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
