Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Pike County, Pennsylvania. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
