Oven operator wanted in Tafa

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Tafa, Niger State. You will be based at a cake shop. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
