Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Hamlin County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting The role involves apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
