Tyre technician — Rice County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre technician in Rice County, Kansas. Requirements: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer Day to day you will check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
