Ironing operator • Orange County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring an ironing operator in Orange County, Florida. You will be based in a busy laundry. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
