Great opportunity: we are hiring a tiler in Van Buren County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles. Requirements: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
