Line cook — Egbedore

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Egbedore, Osun State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Pay around ₦1,050 per hour, based on your experience.
