Immediate opening: plant operator (New Mexico)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Sierra County, New Mexico. The job is in a textile mill. What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor The role involves: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
