Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
