CNC programmer-operator — Pittsylvania County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience 2+ years on the tools preferred.
