Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Lee County, Alabama. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing The role involves prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
