Visual inspection operator — Island County

Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Island County, Washington. Day to day you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
