Rebar worker — Crawford County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar worker in Crawford County, Kansas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
