Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Polk County, Texas. You will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Requirements: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Full-time, day shift.
