Immediate opening: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Dubuque County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
