Vacancy available: panel technician (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel technician in Redwood County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy body shop. Your main tasks: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
