Rough terrain crane operator — Page County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Page County, Iowa. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Day-to-day duties: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
