Immediate opening: we are hiring a trailer driver in Hamilton County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; present documents at weighbridges and check posts. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
