Finishing presser — Gosper County

Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing presser in Gosper County, Nebraska. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts We offer $4,000 per project plus benefits.
