Pastry baker wanted in Hettinger County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hettinger County, North Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate We offer $27 per hour plus benefits.
