Coating plant operator wanted in Bowman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bowman County, North Dakota. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
