We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Lubbock County, Texas. The job is at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
