Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Ashley County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy AC installation company. The role involves charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter. Requirements: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience 5+ years on the tools preferred.
