Day to day you will carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns.
