Final inspection operator • Alexander County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Alexander County, Illinois. You will work on a garment production line. What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor On the job you will handle: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Part-time with flexible hours.
