Dough maker — Buchanan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Buchanan County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
