Immediate opening: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Edwards County, Texas. Day to day you will refuel the machine and record running hours; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. Requirements: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
