Skimming plasterer — Oklahoma County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work You should have: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
