Industrial sewing operator — Cass County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Cass County, North Dakota. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
