Skimming plasterer — Berkeley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Berkeley County, West Virginia. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
