We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Taylor County, Iowa. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
