Bread baker wanted in Sauk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Sauk County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
