Dish pit attendant — Morrow County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Morrow County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $11,500 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
