Falsework carpenter wanted in Prince Edward County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Prince Edward County, Virginia. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On a typical shift you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
