Cnc turning machinist — Boone County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Boone County, Iowa. Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On a typical shift you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
