Machinist — Misau

Join our team: we are hiring a machinist in Misau, Bauchi State. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. Day to day you will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Full-time with occasional weekends.
