Powder coating line operator — McCormick County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in McCormick County, South Carolina. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Rotating shifts.
