Deboner — Etsako Central

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Etsako Central, Edo. The job is at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
